Introducing EmPulse
Over the past year, one thing kept coming up in conversations with therapists and the people using Empaithy.
The hardest part of therapy usually isn't the session itself. It's everything that happens between them.
Life moves on. Good days come and go, difficult moments fade, and by the time your next appointment arrives you're trying to reconstruct an entire week from memory. The details that mattered most are the first to disappear.
We wanted to change that. Today we're introducing EmPulse.

Throughout the week, you write or speak whenever something feels worth remembering. A minute after work. A difficult conversation. A small win. A restless night. Speak it or type it, whenever it lands.
By the end of the week, EmPulse reads back everything you wrote and brings it together into a clear picture of what actually happened. Not a list of entries, but how the week moved, the wins you'd have forgotten by Friday, the emotional shifts, and the patterns running underneath.
If you're working with a therapist, you can share that report before your session. They don't need another app or account. It's a report you choose to send, and nothing leaves until you send it.

Even if you never share it, EmPulse shows you something that's hard to see while you're living through it. It reads across the whole week and connects a Tuesday to a Friday, tracing the emotional arc and catching what a single day can't. The trigger that keeps returning. The cycle you're in. The progress you're making without realizing it.
Every entry also comes with one follow-up question built around what you actually wrote, not pulled from a list. Sometimes that question uncovers more than the entry ever could. That's the part that moves you forward.

EmPulse is completely free. No subscription, no paywall. Your entries are encrypted and yours, and you can export or delete everything whenever you want.
We hope it makes therapy feel less like picking up where you left off, and more like continuing a conversation that's been happening all week.
EmPulse is live today, free on iOS and Android.
Never start from zero again.
